The Apex Training System addresses five components that take the guesswork and trial-and-error out of working out. We provide a complete training system and a certified trainer who personally walks you through every step of the way on the path toward achieving your personal goals.
One on One Workouts
A one-on-one trainer guides you through your workouts offering tips and feedback so you get the best results from your efforts. Personal trainers are great motivators who can keep your workouts updated, fresh and interesting.
Tanning
Our tanning beds meet the highest safety standards set by the tanning industry. To help you get the most from your tan time, we carry the finest selection of tanning oils and lotions available.
Pilates
Pilates exercises concentrate on the “core” or powerhouse of the body:
*All four abdominal muscle groups
*Muscles of the spine
*Muscles flexing and extending the hip
These muscles strengthen and stabilize the core of the body.

Your workouts will be more fun and productive if you feel comfortable in your workout clothes. Count on our Pro Shop for the latest workout apparel and sportswear.
Juice Bar
The Juice Bar is a great place to chat with the staff and meet other members. In addition to the water, sports drinks, juices and carbonated drinks in the refrigerators at the front of the club, we also offer a variety of shakes. If you need added energy, have a shake before your workout. After your workout, a shake will replace lost nutrients or act as a meal replacement on your way out the door. Look for the weekly shake special posted above the bar.
